Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces Rain cucumber vodka
1/4 ounce sour mix
1 splash club soda
1 cucumber, diced (plus one slice for garnish)
1 leaf fresh basil
4 cups sugar
4 cups water
Preparation
• Place cucumber and basil in shaker and
muddle.
• Boil sugar and water in sauce pan until
resulting mixture reduces down to syrup
texture. Then let cool.
• Once syrup cools, pour into shaker containing
basil and cucumber mixture to create
cucumber basil simple syrup.
• Shake until mixed thoroughly.
• Add 1/4 ounce cucumber basil simple syrup,
vodka, sour mix and club soda to clean
shaker and shake.
• Pour mixture into cocktail glass filled with ice.
• Add slice of cucumber as garnish and enjoy.
