Ingredients
1 quart ripe peaches
2 ounces lemon juice (juice of
approximately 2 lemons)
3 ounces agave
1 pinch salt
1 bottle prosecco
Preparation
• Cut peaches into chunks,
removing pits.
• Add cut peaches, agave, lemon juice
and pinch of salt to blender.
• Blend slowly until mixture is thick
but easily pourable.
• Pour mixture into ice pop molds (or
ice cube trays).
• Freeze overnight.
• Pour your favorite prosecco, add
fresh peach pop and enjoy!
