In 2007, Charlotte native Trey Wilson
opened Customshop in what was then
the fledgling neighborhood of Elizabeth.
His story is one of community, survival
and simple food. Ten years later, the
chef and owner is ready to wow us with
his new culinary dare, Flourshop.
